Zucchini - is a vegetable, a favorite of chefs and lovers of delicious, healthy and low-calorie food. Cooking is usually not complicated. As a zucchini taste is neutral, it is very well combined with meat, vegetables, fish, cottage cheese or regular cheese.

Take the ready-made rolls of SUN FOODS®, soak it for 30 minutes in a warm water, then dry a little with a paper towel.

Cook the filling: 200 g of cottage cheese, sour cream - 2-3 tb sp., a few sprigs of dill and parsley, garlic - 2 cloves, salt and pepper to taste. Chop everything, and mix. You may add paprika or dried tomatoes. It all depends on your preferences and tastes. Experiment! Wrap the filling into zucchini to get the rolls, decorate with a sprig of greens.
