500 grams of sprat, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. spoons of flour, garlic, parsley, dried parsley "Special", salt, pepper, cooking oil. Cooking: take a fillet from sprats, remove the black part, wash and dry the fillets on a paper towel. Blender up the eggs as for an omelette. Add salt, pepper, parsley "Special", garlic, a little of mayonnaise.Thicken with flour and mix with sprat fillets.

Fry patties - on both sides until golden brown.
Delicious in a hot or cold condition.

Chicken breast - 1 piece, cut into thin slices, raw potatoes grate coarsely - 3 pieces, egg - 1 pc., grated cheese 50 g, dried parsley "Exclusive" - 5 g, flour - 1 tbsp., salt, pepper, cooking oil.

Cooking: salt and pepper chicken meat, roast on a hot dry frying pan for 2-3 minutes.

Grated, pressed potatoes mixed with eggs, flour and salt, put on a heated pan poured with oil in a way of thin pancakes. Fry for 2-3 minutes, flip onto the other side.

Put onto one half of a pancake a chicken, sprinkle with grated cheese mixed with dried parsley "Exclusive" and after 2-3 minutes cover with a free side of the pancake. At another minute fry from each side. Now you all have ajour. Healthy eating for close friends!

To cook the prawns you need the water, salt, parsley "Special" and, in fact itself the prawns. Place a pot with water on the fire, add salt - 1 tbsp. per liter of the water. For the prawns to become fragrant add a bay leaf and parsley dried "Special" to the water, pour the prawns and boil. Cook on a mild heat for 1.5-2 minutes. Leave for 5 minutes in a liquid - and immediately to the table with a cold beer.
